- 4 nights is the price for 2 to 4 nights, 7 nights is the price for 5 to 7 nights. Prices for other periods on request.
- We are flexible as to which day a booking starts
- All electricity and local taxes included in the price
- Price also includes towels, linen, wifi and welcome pack
- Deposit payable on booking, balance payable 4 weeks before arrival
- Payment can be made by cheque, travellers cheque, international money order, postal order or electronic bank transfer.
- Last minute bookings – cash on arrival only.
- We can also accept payment through PayPal, an email money transfer facility operated by eBay. There is a 4% surcharge for this method, to cover PayPal charges; because of bank charges this method usually works out to be the cheapest for international payments.
Terms & Conditions
- Party Numbers – must not exceed four.
- Cancellation fees - you must inform us of a cancellation immediately. Deposits are non-refundable, however you may be entitled to a refund of the balance paid if we can re-let for the same price. Any discounts we offer to obtain a short-notice let will be deducted from the balance repayable. It is highly recommended that you obtain appropriate holiday insurance.
- Availability - we will make every effort to ensure the apartment is available for your use for the period booked. If for any reason this is not possible, we will try our best to find you an alternative property. If we cannot do so, or an alternative property is not acceptable, we will refund the full cost of any monies paid. In all circumstances our liability to you is limited to refunding the payment made to us.
- Lost or non-returned keys - there is a £20 charge for lost ot non-returned keys
